Come and celebrate your special event at Ballroom DanceTime!
We offer weekend rentals of the Junior Ballroom and Lounge areas as well as the entire studio for your special events!
Ballroom DanceTime Studio and Events is an open, ballroom-style space with capacity of about 100 people. It is filled with warmth from the stunning chandeliers, floor to ceiling mirrors, beautiful two sided fireplace, and brick accent wall. The connected lounge area has a changing area for Bride and bridesmaids with attached restroom.  There is also a kitchen area with Sink, refrigerator and microwave. There is plenty of parking. Venue Rental Rates:
  • $10 per person   (3 hour party + 1.5 hour set up)
  • $70 for every additional hour
  • 1 hour prep and set up
  • $30 cleaning fee for up to 55 people
  • $60 cleaning fee for 56- 100 people
  • For parties less than $25 people - $250 for 3 hour party
Deposit:  
$100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking 
Full payment and final count is due 1 month before the event,
Bookings to be made at least one month prior to the event based on availability.
