Come and celebrate your special event at Ballroom DanceTime!
We offer weekend rentals of the Junior Ballroom and Lounge areas as well as the entire studio for your special events!
Ballroom DanceTime Studio and Events is an open, ballroom-style space with capacity of about 100 people. It is filled with warmth from the stunning chandeliers, floor to ceiling mirrors, beautiful two sided fireplace, and brick accent wall. The connected lounge area has a changing area for Bride and bridesmaids with attached restroom. There is also a kitchen area with Sink, refrigerator and microwave. There is plenty of parking. Venue Rental Rates:
  • $10 per person   (3 hour party + 2 hour set up)
  • $70 for every additional hour (up to 50 guests) 
  • $100 per every additional hour for over 50 guests.
  • Complimentary wedding Rehearsal a day or 2 days before.
  • $50  cleaning fee for up to 50 people
  • $100 cleaning fee for 51 - 100 people
  • For parties less than $25 people -  flat fee of $250 for 3 hour party
Non Refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking (Applies to final payment)
Deposit: 10 - 35 people is $100
Deposit: 35 -50 people is $200
Deposit: 50- 80 people is $300
Full payment and final count is due 3 weeks before the event.
